IrSimpleTM Adapter

IR4020U/IR4021U (IrSimple & IrDA VFIR/FIR USB Adapter, supports Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11, Linux/Mac)   

  • This series has 2 models: IR4020U is VFIR (16 Mbps); IR4021U is FIR (4 Mbps)
  • Fully compliant to USB specification 2.0
  • Fully compliant to IrDA serial infrared physical layer specification 1.4
  • Supports Windows 98SE/2K/XP/Vista, Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11, Linux & Mac 10.2x or above (Power PC only; not Intel Based PC)
  • Full-speed USB device operation
  • Bus-powered device. Obtain power from USB port. No external power supply required.
  • Low power consumption in standby mode (Standby current is less than 0.5 mA)
  • Not occupy PC's COM or Parallel port and has no complicated hardware port and resource setting.
  • Note: The existing bundled driver could play IrDA function only! Still you can also run IrSimple application as long as you use compatible driver/software yourself.

IrS4020/IrS4021 (IrSimple (TM) & IrDA (R) VFIR/FIR Windows Software and USB Dongle Bundle): Auto switch among IrDA, IrSimple-Bi & -Uni modes; In Primary or Secondary role; Supports VFIR/FIR/SIR & Windows 11/10/8.1/8/7/XP/2000.

  • Package includes ACT-IrS402xSW software and ACT-IrS402xU dongle. This series has two models: ACT-IrS4020 (VFIR) and ACT-IrS4021 (FIR).

  • Supports IrDA & IrSimple (Uni-Mode & Bi-Mode) in Primary & Secondary roles.

  •  Supports SIR (9.6 k ~ 115.2 kbps), MIR (0.576 Mbps), FIR (4 Mbps), & VFIR (16 Mbps) through USB 2.0 port (high speed, 480 Mbps) and Windows software.

IrSimple Probe Analyzer & Tester

IR9305 (IrSimple Protocol Debug & Test Suite 2G - VFIR) : Supports Windows  11/10/8.1/8/7/Vista

  • 2nd-Generation IrSimple™ Protocol Debug and Test Suite

  • Supports VFIR, FIR and SIR through USB 2.0 port and Windows SW.

  •  Implemented all Uni-mode, Bi-mode and LDE (Long Distance Extension), Primary and Secondary Test Cases.

  • More flexible, much better timing resolution (1.085 μsec -SIR, 1 μsec -FIR/VFIR), to catch all frames, even if min. packet interval is 100 μsec or less.

  • The only tester implemented all 271 IrSimple Test Cases, in the new IrSimple Test Spec-v1.10.

  • User can configure multiple Negotiation Parameters
